Here at Fancy Dress Mania we strive to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible, but if you do happen to have any question or queries please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated customer support team. We try to answer all emails within 24 hours, however at peak times of the year such as Christmas and Halloween it may take longer.  All orders must be placed online, we do not take payment over the phone, and we cannot allow customer collections from our warehouse


Items purchased from Fancy Dress Mania may be returned for a full refund with 30 days of purchase however they must be returned with 30 days of purchase, in the complete original packaging and unused in a saleable condition.

Wigs, hosiery, make up, contact lenses & underwear must be returned unused and unopened for hygiene reasons. These will be inspected and any found to have been worn/used will not be refunded.

We will not refund return postage costs unless the item is faulty or defective. We recommended sending the item back via a traceable service. Include your order details in the package and ensure it is suitably packaged for transit. Fancy Dress Mania will not be held responsible for any returns lost, damaged or stolen.

Refunds are made to the original method of purchase. We will process refunds as fast as is possible. during busy periods e.g Halloween, Christmas and Book Week there can be a delay. All goods must be returned by post and cannot be dropped off in person.


We accept most common types of payment, these include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We do not however accept personal cheques or cash, as we are an online outlet and do not accept collections.
