Returns Policy:
You may return any purchase from fancy dress mania subject to the following terms and conditions:
- All items must be returned unused, with all original packaging intact within 7 working days of purchase
- Items must completely be unused and in a saleable condition
- Items such as makeup, teeth or underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the tamper seals in place where tamper seals are provided
Please ensure you include the delivery note or a copy of your invoice with the goods and ensure they are returned in appropriate packaging.
We do not refund return shipping costs: it is your responsibility to return items to us; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. Fancy dress mania cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned. If we deliver an incorrect item that is due to fault on our part then we will refund return postage.
Refunds will be made to the same payment gateway that was used in the original purchase, we accept card payments, paypal or google checkout.
We will not refund:
Items that have been worn, washed or soiled. Additionally for hygiene reasons all sales are final and we cannot accept refunds for the following items; makeup, hats, eyelashes, tights, wigs, contact lenses & underwear. Some costumes have sealed wigs, in this case if the costume is not appropriate please do not open the wig, as once it has been opened a refund cannot be given.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
